IFA - International Festival of the Arts

Scene Change is a program of IFA that expresses the founding vision for youth, the arts, eduation, compassion and social justice.  The Scene Change program is governed by the Scene Change Board and accountable to the IFA Board.

The primary program of IFA, Isaiah 61, supports people in the northern region of Thailand through:

1. Child Sponsorship

2. Education

3. Micro Enterprise

4. Spiritual Growth for All Ages
